| 32' Ericson 5.5 Meter Scorpion Sloop |
The Ericson Scorpion is a rare version of the 5.5 meter sloop. More commonly made by Columbia as the Sabre, the Ericson has the same hull shape. The finishing work on this boat is great, and it will make n excellent day sailor for the next owner.
Only 24 Scorpions were built, all in 1967. This is your chance to own a rare daysailor which will perform for years to come. They rarely make neat boats like this anymore.
The Scorpion is great for racing too, with a PHRF of 198.
Valero has 5 Jibs, 3 Kites and a Mainsail. The rigging is brand new, just replaced. The outboard motor is also brand new. A Tohatsu 6hp extra long shaft has just been purchased for this boat and has never been started. The motor will charge batteries to power electronics on longer trips. Electronics have been tested with all lights and vhf radio working.
This boat is hull #24, which makes it late model for a scorpion. Details >> |

| 21.5' Hunter 216 |
| From the drawing board of noted sport boat designer, Glenn Henderson, the new Hunter 216 is truly a fun boat to sail. This is the perfect boat for a novice or a seasoned skipper. You will appreciate the forgiving nature of the rig, the stability of the hull, and the ability to rig the relative ease. The large cockpit will accommodate the crew with comfort and the cuddy can handle a portable head and a v-berth with storage. A stainless steel hydraulic lift ram allows for ease in lifting the lead keel. The swivel rudder pod allows for lifting the rudder out for beaching the boat. The Hunter 216 is constructed with Hunter's patented Advanced Composite Process. ACP combines thermoformed UV protected plastic, fiberglass mat and injected foam. The result is a tough unsinkable hull.

| 32' ETAP 32s |
| 2003 Cruising World Boat of the Year winner for innovation: vertical steering system, tandem keel, and unsinkability.
Unsinkable construction certified by Bureau Veritas and by the French Merchant Marine. CE category A. Etap yachts are built with double hulls. The space between the two hulls (decks as well) is injected with high-buoyancy closed-cell polyurethane foam. The distribution is precisely calculated the assure the correct buoyancy, stability, and positive flotation without compromising the living spaces.
According to Sail magazine, "Sail judges were impressed with enough other aspects of the boat, particularly its performance under sail, that unsinkability becomes almost a moot point."
According to Blue Water Sailing magazine, "The philosophy of the company (Etap) has been to adopt the best innovations in materials, design, and manufacturing techniques. Unlike many production builders, each boat is built by a team or work cell that is responsible for building a specific boat from start to finish. It is a production method used by Saab and Volvo among automobile manufacturers, and it results in a finished product that carries the pride and craftsmanship of true modern shipwrights."
Not only are Etap yachts unsinkable, meaning they will float when fully flooded, but in order to achieve this certification, they must also be maneuverable and able to recover from a 90 degree knockdown even when fully flooded. There are several documented instances of fully flooded Etap sailboats actually sailing and motoring to safety.

| 30.4' Nonsuch Hinterhoeller Nonsuch 30 Ultra |
| The design for the Nonsuch is a Canadian concept inspired by the American catboats. The Nonsuch line of boats were designed by Mark Ellis and built by Hinterhoeller well into the 1990s. Because of the nature of their hull design, the Nonsuches are very big boats. In terms interior volume, they are probably 20% to 30% larger than their length would indicate. At first glance, Nonsuches may seem a little expensive, but their prices are more competitive when compared to that of boats that are 20% to 30% larger. . One of the great advantages of the Nonsuch boats is that they are very easy to sail short-handed, or even single-handed. (For example, you only need to turn the wheel to tack this sailboat.) For this reason, it is expected that these boat will grow in popularity as generations of sailors from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s move into their retirement years. Details >> |

| 19' Flying Scot #1228 |
| web.mac.com/gregmeir/iWeb/Site The boat is in very good shape for an older boat because it has always been kept in a garage. I did paint the hull because of scratches but the hull is in very good condition without any soft spots. I also replaced just about all of the running rigging and bought some newer North sails from a fellow racer at my club in Delavan. The boat also comes with an older spinnaker that is in good condition and couple of sets of older sails (for what ever they are worth....).
The only reason I am selling the boat is because I have been recently laid off from my job and am starting a business that has taken all of my extra time ..... also could use the extra cash right now. ;-/
The price is negotiable at $4,500 OBO (not including the motor). I bought the boat and trailer for $1,800 and I know I have put another couple thousand into the boat when you include the price of the paint job that was professionally done with marine paint, newer sails and rigging. I also just put new rims and tires on the trailer and replaced the wheel bearings and installed bearing buddies.
I also have a newer Nissan 3.5 horse two stroke for sale that can be used on this boat quite nicely if anyone is in need of a motor. The price is $475 OBO. The motor only has about 10 hours of use mainly from a vacation that I used it on a fishing boat!
My number is 608-444-5729.
Thanks!

| 27' Sun Sun Yacht 27 (aka, Sun 27 or Sun 838) |
| We are moving this summer, so I have to sell my 27-foot Bob Perry-designed SunYacht (aka Sun 27 or Sun 838) sailboat. She has new sails and rigging and is ready to sail away. Reduced to $7400.
Motor is a Mercruiser 9.9 hp that cranks on the first try almost every time. She sleeps 5 and we've sailed her across the bay and in 20 knows of wind on the bay. The cockpit is netted for small kids.

Interior includes a V-berth; head with marine port-a-potty; large main cabin with 6 feet headroom, a settee that folds out into a double bed, a fold-down table, a galley with propane 2-burner stove and over, a pump sink, and a refrigerator (runs on shore power); and a quarter berth.

| 27' HUNTER 27 FOOT |
| Beautiful boat! The interior looks like the inside of a VIP jet. New counter tops, cabinets, mirrors everywhere, flat screen tvs, new tinted windows, new faucets, refinished teak, new paint, new removable carpet, new wall coverings, and much much more. Very nice and unique, looks like no other Hunter on the inside. Yanmar diesel runs perfect and sail are less than a year old and have never been used. The boat comes with all the stuff to go sail and is ready to go if you are ready. Also the boat has a clean Fl Title in my name and is up to date with the registration.
Here is the deal: I bought the boat and gutted the inside and built it to my specifications. When i bought the boat i had no idea how to sail, and still dont. I bought the boat with the intentions of restoring it and sailing it, but as life goes because of work i had to move to NYC and now have no time to learn, and it is just sitting at the Marina. I bought the boat from a seasoned sailor who babied this boat and used it often. He had it shipped form California and had the bottom cleaned while it was out.
It is a great boat and is very roomy, i was actually living comfortably on it before i moved to NYC.
The situation is that i dont have much time on my hands but i am coming to florida on wednesday and leaving thursday. I would love to sell it then but not sure if that is possible. My best friend does live in the Marina and could probably arrange him to show it if i am gone. If you have any questions just email me and i will do my best to answer them. Also i apologize about the pics, these are the only ones i have with me in NY and they dont do the boat any justice. Thanks and i look forward to working with you. Details >> |

| 25.3' Irwin 10/4 |
| Ted Irwin designed the Irwin 10/4 for sailing in the Florida Keys. It is very beamy and feels like a much bigger boat, with wheel steering and a wide comfortable cockpit. This isn’t some Clorox-bottle sailor: the hull is all hand-laid roving, thick and durable; a keel/centerboard with a draft of 2’9” to 6’8”.
We’ve owned Rocinilla for six years, and we use her regularly on Aransas Bay and Corpus Christi Bay. We’ve been down to Port Isabelle, and it is a boat that’s easy for couple to spend a week or more on because there’s plenty of room. Details >> |

| 72' Ta Shing Taswell |
| "VESSEL NOT FOR SALE OR CHARTER TO US CITIZENS WHILE IN US WATERS"
Bill Dixon's Taswell 72 is characteristically beautiful from stem to stern. She never fails to generate keen interest in any harbor or marina she enters. Her low profile, sweeping sheer, four spreader mast, graceful cabin, cockpit and arch are signatures of a well pedigreed world cruising yacht. The hull is solid fiberglass and epoxy below the waterline and 2" thick, composite core fiberglass and end grain balsa from the waterline to the deck. The topsides were refinished and new, high gloss, "black" Awlgrip applied in 2005. The hull appears to be in excellent condition. The keel is an elongated fin keel with a solid lead torpedo shaped bulb. Ballast is 25,500 lbs. Draft is just 7 ft 6 inches. The rudder is a spade design with a supporting half skeg. The prop shaft is fitted with a large, 3 blade, reversible, feathering Max-prop propeller. A Lewmar swing type bow thruster provides enhanced maneuverability in close quarters. See the included "out of water" photo of the boat for added detail of the hull, keel and rudder.
The deck is composite cored fiberglass and epoxy. The original teak deck was replaced with a completely new teak deck in 2005. It is in excellent condition. The coach house, cockpit are composite cored fiberglass and epoxy, finished in a high glass, "bright white" Awlgrip in 2005. All areas are in excellent condition. Details >> |

This is a well loved Gulfstar. Many custom features. Custom cabinetry in salon. Custom netting for hatches to enjoy the night air and not worry about bugs.
Both cabins are quite spacious and have full private heads. The cockpit is huge and can easily seat 6 - 8 adults. What is most impressive is the deck space on this boat. There's more space for tanning and seating on the deck than I've ever seen on a sailboat of this size. Must see to appreciate. She has truly been lovingly cared for by her owner. The price reflects the need for a new owner to add some electronics as they see fit. Owner is open to offers. Details >> |

| 47'' Beneteau 473 |
| The Beneteau 473 is a moderate displacement, high performance cruiser. The boat is available in a 2 or 3 cabin layout. Most people prefer and this boat is the two cabin layout. She is spacious, fast, well appointed and with two private sleeping cabins can sleep 2-4 in comfort and privacy, or up to six using the convertible settee as a third berth. The hull is relatively narrow for better acceleration and speed with a beam to length ratio of 30.2%. The keel is the shallow draft fin option with a bulb. The rudder is a performance oriented spade design. The underbody is relatively flat. All these design features produce a fast, easily maneuvered, shallow draft boat, which is very quick and responsive to wind pressure and helm changes. She of course has twin helm stations, (port and starboard), enabling effortless control from either side of the boat and an unobstructed path to the swim platform. A good sized dodger protects the companionway and cockpit from spray. Clear acrylic is in excellent condition. Other on-deck features include a generous divided anchor locker, with windlass, and two rigged and ready sets of robust ground tackle, an LPG locker, a stern swim platform and a very well designed, low profile, stainless steel arch, bimini and dingy davit system.
The interior of the boat is truly beautiful, with finely crafted teak with a warm, high gloss finish. Details >> |

| 12.5' Escape Rumba |
| Combine 80 square feet of sail with a 21-foot SmartRig that allows you to instantly adjust the sail size, and you have arguably the most versatile high performance small sailboat ever designed.
Rumba sailboat owners love the combination of race boat performance and the ability to carry the whole family for summer outings.
The Rumba sailboat also has the safety of the SmartRig. Wind comes up? Instantly roll away the sail.
This remarkable sailboat design is the culmination of our experience in pioneering user friendly polyethylene sailboats. The cockpit in the sailboat has many functional shapes that have practical user benefits, and also serve to stiffen up the entire structure.
Most small sailboats require you to squat and contort in the middle of the boat in light winds. Rumba's aft cockpit features sculptured bucket seats with excellent lower back support, so you can sit, and be very comfortable, in light breezes. When the wind picks up, the rounded sides offer a great platform to lean out and really make the Rumba sailboat fly. Details >> |

| 26' MacGregor 26X |
| This 1999 MacGregor 26X is in excellent condition. The 50 HP Yamaha motor (2-stroke) purchased new in 2007 is still under factory warranty until September 23, 2009. During winter seasons it is stored indoors. The beauty of a Mac 26 is that on days when there is not enough wind for sailing, you can motor to your destination quickly. I have sailed this boat for 5 seasons and I am selling to move up to a larger boat. This boat is easy to trailer and can be single handed with all lines leading to the cockpit. You will enjoy the ease of wheel steering and the very large cabin is a plus. The cabin is the largest available for any sailboat of this size. It has an enclosed head with a porta potti and sink, a galley with a sink and plenty of storage. Front and rear berths can sleep 4 people and with the conversion of the table it could accommodate a couple more. The bottom has a black ablative coating to protect the fiberglass since I keep it in a slip all season on Lake Carlyle. This boat has never been in salt water. Details >> |

A note
on buying and selling safely: Anytime
you buy or sell on the Internet, due to the geographic reach
of the ads, be careful of fraud.
It
has recently come to our attention that at least one seller
has received a scam e-mail offer in which the buyer offered
to overpay for the boat and then requests a check for the
difference in return - what has come to be known as a classic
"Nigeria" scam.
Requests
to overpay for the boat and have excess money returned or
given to a shipping company are most likely fraudulent -- never do this without consulting with your bank first.
Please
always use caution and your best judgment if presented with
a deal which doesn't seem logical, and be sure to talk with
your bank to be sure all checks and transactions have been
completed, cleared, and verified before releasing any property.
Be especially careful of any transactions from overseas
where such transactions might be reversed after some time
due to fraud.
- Be
careful of buyers or sellers using free email addresses
(hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
- Contact
the buyer or seller by (non-cell) phone as well as online
to help confirm their identity.
- If a boat is not where it says it is, this is a strong indication of fraud.
- Indonesia and Batam (BTM / INA) are almost always indications of fraud.
Although
we are not aware of any seller falling victim to such a
scam because of a listing on our site to date, we thought
it wise to post this cautionary note.

web.mac.com/gregmeir/iWeb/Site The boat is in very good shape for an older boat because it has always been kept in a garage.
Thanks!
Greg Meir

1978, 28 foot San Juan. Well maintained throughout.
Rigged and ready to sail this season. Tons of family fun!!
Windswept has been well maintained and never seen salt water. The hull has five coats of Interlux Interprotect under the anti-foul coatings. This new technology will ensure the longevity of the hull. It is in excellent condition. The engine runs well. All fittings have been removed and resealed including the windows and toe rails. This was done to ensure no leaks for the next 30 yrs!
The upholstery has only 1 season on it. Halyards are only 3 years old and the rigging was inspected last year and is considered good for another 10yrs. Life lines were replaced 3 years ago as well.
The trailer is in good shape and was sandblasted and repainted 3 years ago. New tires were added along with upgrades to improve access for hull painting and trailing out.
Windswept is an excellent boat. We must sell as we are moving away. Arrangements have been made to ensure it can be put in the marina at Cold Lake this season if desired. Or trailer it away to your own sailing haven!

I have decided to put our old girl up for sale. We bought her hoping to
fix her up, but life gets in the way sometimes. She is in Savannah, GA
right now. I have not been on her in over a year. She is as is and where
is. She is swinging on a 35 pound CQR that *does not* come with her. She
was running when I was last on her. She comes with decent sails: Main,
jib and genoa. The PO put a cdi roller furling rig on the headstay, but
the headsails she has are not roller furling. She needs pretty much all
her running rigging replaced.
In the interest disclosure and to head off any questions Here is a bit
of info.
She has not had a bottom job in over 2 years.
She has no plumbing in place; it was all pulled out to be replaced.
She has an atomic 4 that was serviced about 2 years ago including new
points and condenser, ignition coil, spark plugs.
She no longer has the whisker pole that is shown in the photo.
She has a porta potty.
Other odds and ends, please ask to find out.

Sail around the globe tomorrow in the nicest First 38 in existence today! Fully loaded and ready to cross oceans quickly and comfortably. Custom fiberglass work including a sugar scoop transom extending the waterline for faster sailing and providing a convenient swim step, transom compartment under name plates contains a 6 man Zodiac Life raft. What started as a great French class 1 certified for unlimited offshore use hull recently surveyed with no blister or laminate problems was strengthened well beyond factory specifications in anticipation of a circumnavigation. This work included fully glassed bulkheads, Carbon fiber stringers for additional stiffness, a "beefed" up forward section with 5 layers 0f 20oz nytex biaxle cloth in conjunction with west systems epoxy added to the hull in the V-berth section to prevent any oil canning in heavy seas. The hull below waterline and keel were all moisture tested and sonared and found to be in excellent shape, then faired and capped with west systems epoxy and 5 coats of interprotect microplate epoxy barrier coat to prevent any possible osmosis in the future. The rig is the tall extremely well supported keel stepped version and all standing rigging is from 2004. Ulman Cruising sails 2005, navy blue sunbrella canvas, dodger, bimini, stack pack, dingy cover all 2007. Flag Blue Awlgrip and cloud white Awlgrip deck and nonskid 2007. "Speedtriple" is a great sailor and will take you anywhere you want to go! We have sailed her in the Sea of Cortez and off the coast of California - the advantage of a trailered boat is you can take her anywhere you want to go. We have sailed her faster than apparent wind speed with the assymetrical spinnaker. E-mail for more info.
Do you want to see her in action? Go to youtube.com and put in speedtriplef28 as author and see all the videos!

STARTING FROM THE BOW ...
is a double berth with 2 hanging lockers, & private head. Moving aft, you'll enter a large and beautiful salon.
On the Port side, a recently reupholstered settee surrounds a magnificient custom-made, inlaid teak dining table. Above the table is a large, nautical theme 120V light with dimmer ... for those romantic evenings.
On the Starboard side, across from the settee are 2 upholstered Club Chairs. Between these comfortable Club chairs is a teak serving cabinet with storage beneath. Above, is a stero & cd player housed in its own cabinet. Opposite the Club Chairs on the Port side, is the tv.
At the base of the companionway on the Port side, is a large Nav. Station with a pull-out seat. A step down from the Nav. Station toward aft, and you'll be in a cruiser's "dream" ... a dedicated work-room with tool chest and plenty of spare parts.
Opposite the Nav. Station on the Starboard side, is a modern and spacious galley with all the essentials and room for a gourmet chef.

Have you been thinking about pursueing the cruising dream? Do the warm trade winds of the Caribbean call to you? Or how about the aqua marine waters of the Bahamas? I have the boat to fulfill your dreams. I know because I've been there, done that with Irish Mist. She is a fully equipped blue water cruiser that I have cruised extensively in the eastern Caribbean and the Chesapeake. Conversion to cutter rig and many, many additions and conversions make this a very capable long range cruising sailboat. And the price has just been reduced!

Very powerful boat, it reaches is hull speed in 12 to 15 knots wind. The full batten main sail (equip with a Dutchman) is easy to adjust with a wide traveler. This sailboat had never see saltwater and was always sailed on Champlain Lake, and when we say sailed we mean it, the motor as more or less 130 hours on it (in and out of the marina). This boat can easily take 20 knots of wind before you start thinking of reefing. This boat was sold by Willsboro bay marina (Catalina dealer), was always hull in and out, winterized, and taken care by the professionals of this marina. Boat is register Canadian in bound
