| 60' Entincelle Etincelle Racing Catamaran |
| This 60 catamaran is faster than a Gunboat, and has been completely redone over the last 9 months. More components are 2008 than are 1999, the year the original boat was built. My wife and I just spent $200,000, and nine months in Grenada and St. Maarten on a complete rebuild of this fantastic, fast Cat. We contracted with the best artisans to make FreeBirds a very fast live aboard to go around the world. Our plans are to go around the world, but we believe in letting fate decide our direction. This means our wonderful boat is always for sale for the right price. If sold, we will start our next adventure. FreeBirds is 4 tons lighter than a 62 Gunboat, has narrower hulls, a rotating carbon fiber mast, and so many upgrades that my feeling is that its a better, faster boat at 1/4 the price. We love this boat and are sure you will also if you like speed, safety and comfort in a true performance cat. If you are looking for a Condomaran, this isnt your boat. If you want to live comfortably while sailing past everything else on the water, give us a call. Details >> |

| 39,8' Endeavor Clearwater Manta 40 |
| The Manta 40 is built in the USA and is one of the most economical and reliable cruisers on the market. It is easy to sail and is well-built and designed with the live-aboard cruiser in mind. This Manta 40 is meticulously maintained and ready for the new owner.
The catamaran is a 1998 Manta 40, commissioned in Dec 1997 and registered in Canada. She can be registered in the USA with 'zero' import duties because she is US built.
The Manta 40 is ease in single-handed operation. While sailing it is not usually to leave the comfort of the cockpit. All the lines converge at the same two-speed electric which is by the helm.
From the helmsman's seat you have all the navigation instruments and the engine controls available. You only have to go to the navigation table to check my track and position on the electronic charts.
Under sail, tacking and gibing are fully automated. The Manta 40 is unique in the catamaran world with its boomed jib, which prevents the usual and often dismal 'jib sheet jams'. As for the main sail the two single line reefs are controlled from the helmsman's location. The strong aluminum bimini allows me to access the main sail on the whole length of the boom.
The sail plan is not only easy, but efficient. Even single-handed you can go up to 10 knots under sail.
If a boat like the Manta 40 is easy to sail single-handed. Imagine how easy it is with a crew of family or friends to share your passion.
On Aug. 4, 2008 an accredited boat Surveyor rated this Manta 40 "Above Average Overall". Details >> |

| 24' Coulmbia C23 Contender |
| This boat is in great condition, the hull is all fiberglass, full keel style and is almost ready to sail. The only thing it needs is a small gas engine. Originally it came with a 6hp motor, but it will accommodate one up to 15hp. Has newer sails and sail covers. One sail cover needs mending. 2 new wooden hatches that have been covered with fiberglass to withstand Florida weather and the others will be replaced likewise soon. Teak needs a little love, but is in great shape. Needs a little TLC, like scraping barnacles from the hull. This boat has spent its whole life in Florida waters. It is currently moored and does not require storage fees if you do the same. No boat trailer. Please call 352-817-5268 if interested. Thanks. Details >> |

The stylish, modern interior of the ETAP 37s is finished in solid cherrywood and cherrywood laminate with an extra-hard surface for improved scratch resistance, moisture resistance and easy cleaning.
In option we also propose the "Imbuya" interior. This version distinguishes itself by the use of new woodwork : the main woodwork in light walnut is alternated with red-brown tropical Imbuya for cupboards. The combination of this new woodwork, together with Corian work surfaces and luxurious cushions in velours fabric, make this limited version a unique and exclusive yacht.
All furnishings have solid cherrywood frames and finishes, with tastefully coordinated sofa cushions and curtains in attractive colours. The laminate floorboards are finished with light edging, and are screwed down using threaded sockets recessed into the polyester, thus allowing easy removal of the screws if required. The companionway has three curved aluminium treads, and the semi-transparent washboard is made of maintenance-free synthetic material. Headroom in the companionway area is 199 cm (66). The interior surface under the deck is characteristic of the unique ETAP double-skinned construction, with a structured polyester finish which eliminates the need for waterproof decorating materials. This gives a low-maintenance finish which retains its new appearance over many years of intensive use. Details >> |

| This 1978 is well loved. It has newer awlgrip, newer sails ( 2 jibs ) and a 2GM20F Yanmar Diesel auxiliary engine. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, and is extremely roomy, one of the roomiest 30s on the water. It comes completely ready to sail or motor away. Galley is equipped with Compressed Natural Gas stove and has new cylinder on board.
All new running rigging in 2007. NEW IN 2008: New through-hull water intake with ball type shut off valve. new Strainer, new batteries, new bottom paint. Engine serviced in 2008, new oil, oil filter, cooling water impeller, etc.
Athough there are a couple of things that could stand some attention, this boat is definitely not a fixer upper.
1
. It has a bit of dock rash on the port side amidships, and has a piece of trim missing which is inside the boat. (see photo)
2
. The water system needs repair
3
. The cupboard door below the sink in the head needs to be reattached.
This boat has a great chart table navigation station, as seen in the photos.

| 46'' Cal 2-46 |
| The saloon and galley comprise the primary living area of the Cal 2-46. Because of the "raised saloon" design and nine large windows, four of which are opening for excellent ventilation, the saloon and galley are truely light and airy. Also the nine "wrap around" windows allows more than 270 degrees of visibility from anywhere in the saloon or galley. The raised saloon design has become very popular with most major sailboat manufacturers now having one or more "raised saloon" design boats in their lineup. The design is now clearly in demand. The saloon and galley woodwork and cabinetry are mostly teak, but other fine quality hardwoods are incorporated into the various cabinets, flooring, framing, etc. The woodwork and joinery in this Cal 2-46 is truly a work of craftsmanship and gleams like new.
All of the coach house and hardtop windows are made of 3/8" "shatter proof" tempered glass. In addition, all 9 saloon windows (three front, six side), have protective individual 1/2" thick Lexan storm windows. The two aftmost windows on each side are opening (sliding), windows. (They have Lexan storm windows but they are not in place. They are stowed onboard. The saloon & galley cabin sole is teak and holly lumber, not plywood, screwed, pegged and varnished to a high sheen. The overhead is a soft off white vinyl, matching the settee upholstery. The smaller settee doubles as very secure brace for anyone working in the galley at sea. Headroom throughout the galley is 72". All the windows have sturdy accordian shades, which have two densities. Details >> |

| 25' Irwin 10/4 |
| This is a project boat that needs a dedicated hand. My plans have changed and I am no longer able to devote the time needed to rescue this old boat. I believe the hull to be in decent shape, most of the work is cosmetic. The swing keel needs replaced, and there is a section on the forward port side where the hull to deck joint needs to be redone. The windows and hatches need to be reworked. The interior needs to be redone, cushions and woodwork. The exterior needs sanded and painted. The standing rigging, mast and boom are fine; she has a club footed jib as well. I would replace all sails. I had a custom trailer built for her that the axles can be adjusted to balance the tongue weight. This a good ship for someone who has the time and attention to bring her back to her original glory. I am available for contact after 5 pm CT and weekends. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. My asking price is for what I have in her only. Details >> |
