| I'm regretfully selling my Hobie 16. She is in excellent condition. This is the fastest sailboat I have ever been on, but higher education is too expensive for me to keep her. The sails are white with a yellow stripe. It comes with a registered and inspected trailer, fully road ready. There is a tube to store the sails in on the trailer. It includes a double trapeze system, critical for heavy wind days. I replaced the trampoline, jib halyard, main halyard, jib sheet last summer. I will include the old trampoline in the purchase as a back up trampoline, it has no holes or severe damage, its just very old. I also removed the oxidation on the hulls last year, bought the second trapeze, bought my first trapeze seat, and replaced some battens. This year I bought the second trapeze seat, and have used it just once. The hulls have been stored under a tarp the entire time I have owned her. The sails, rudders and boom were stored in my basement in the winter. The boat is completely ready for a regatta or day-sail. It is a very stable boat and is great for kids in lighter winds, but in heavier winds will be very fast. | Katie Breen - I purchased this boat in April of 2010 from an elderly couple, who could no longer maintain her. The as-is appraisal value at the time of purchase was $22,000. I had to have some engine work done and the keel rebuilt before launching her. I have since added a carry-on air conditioner because I currently live on the boat. She needs some tender loving care, but overall she is very sturdy and well-maintained. Most of the work needed is cosmetic, but see below for other items that need to be fixed.

| Big Fish, 2006
The BigFish is 16 1/2 foot long and with a 5 ft maximum beam. It is essentially a larger version of the Sunfish or Phantom and weighs about 260 pounds.
The BigFish is designed to be sailed with two or more people, although one person can handle it in light winds. For stronger winds, you should have two people. The boat is very fast and I have clocked it at 8 mph with my GPS in srong winds. The boat has 32 pool noodles inside the hull to provide positive flotation.
The boat comes with a trailer and a boat cover. It has one large watertight compartment to store food and drinks, as well two smaller watertight compartments for wallets or keys.
There are some slight scratches in the gelcoat and some small spots of rust on the trailer.
The boat was bought new in 2006.
If the boat tips over, it can be self righted and quickly bailed out. I know this, because I have done it.
I am selling because I getting a smaller boat that is designed for one person.

| A true classic, this Cape Dory design is easily handled by one person in any conditons. The full keel with attached rudder makes this solid yacht track like a dream. Cape Dory's famous quality shows in the beautiful craftsmanship, the oversized fittings, the opening bronze portholes and the hand laid fiberglass hull. This boat has led a shelter life, has always been fresh water and has always been sailed in Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin.
The vee berth forward has an overhead hatch and two opening ports for light and ventilation. Next aft is the head to port, and a hanging locker to starboard. with a privacy curtain between the head and the vee berth. There is also a folding privacy door between both the head and the salon. The salon has both port and starboard settees which double as berths. There removeable pedestal dining table and storage behind and below the berths. The head has a porcelain toilet with a new large 15 gallon holding tank, with pump out/ with controls for offshore sailing.
The cushions in the salon and the vee berth are teal and almost new, as are the cockpit cushions.

| This is the desirable owner's version of the classic 60' Morgan schooner. Solidly built, Dutchess makes an exceedingly comfortable live-aboard or high end charter yacht. She is complete with all USCG-mandated equipment, tools and spares. With watermaker, holding tanks and a complement of parts and supplies already aboard, you can cruise the Bay, the Waterway, or the World.
Starting at the bow, there is a large, well-ventilated, molded fiberglass shower with seat and storarge cabinets in the forepeak. Aft of the shower area is an enclosed head to starboard and a large storage area to port. Further aft is the large guest cabin with cedar-lined hanging lockers, drawer and locker space. It features a queen sized double bed with easy access and a vanity and seat to starboard.
The main salon is next aft with bookshelves above and storage below the settees port and starboard. The large table on the port side has foldable leafs that fold down by rotation the table.
The galley is aft to port. The crew's quarters are aft of the galley area, to port. This cabin has an upper berth, and a private head with shower. The lower berth has been converted to a pantry area with sliding cabinets and drawers that offer lots of extra galley storage for pots and pans,tupperware, kitchen machines etc. The galley is a safe place to work at sea, being located in the center of the boat and having grabrails and a place to rest your back against in any work position.
The owner's stateroom is all the way aft with a queen-sized berth on the centerline, large hanging locker, vanity, storage units, drawers and bookshelves both sides, and a large private head with bathtub and shower.

| Built in BC 1997/1998 by a professional welder/fabricator and launched in 1999. She is ruggedly constructed in steel, including steel decks and cabin. Eos is a proven capable heavy weather sailor and is well equipped and ready for living aboard, coastal or offshore passages.
The boat was constructed with ease of use, strength and simplicity in mind. She is tough, graceful, a sweet sailor and very functional. Eos is reminiscent of the days of working sail. She's at home on a commercial dock and constantly draws admiration from fishermen and tug-boaters! She sails very easily and due her deep keel and heavy displacement has a very easy motion in big water and is handily double handed or even single handed with the aid of the autopilot. She heaves to very naturally. She readily handles all points of sail, and tacking is simple with her club-footed jib. She is well flared on her topsides and stands up well to the wind. Continuing forward there is a large head with shower on the port, with berth/counter on stbd, storage underneath. Finally to the V-berth which is huge and comfortable for two, with cubby-holes either side for clothing. V-berth terminates at water-tight bulkhead. Foc'sle is large and has ample room for sails, spare lines, fenders and spare anchors.

| This is one of the few true Herreshoff Rozinante's built with care to follow L.Francis Herreshoff drawing exactly with no deviations. There was a lot of correspondence between Herreshoff and Wallace, the builder, to see to it that the boat was done correctly. Wallace sailed the boat for two years and I have owned and maintained the boat ever since and can attest to her care and current condition. I have raced this boat in several classic regattas against other Rozinantes and being true to Herresoff lines she is the quickest out there. Beautiful crusing sailboat in excellent condition. perfect for a couple. Big enough to allow enough room and plenty of storage for long term liveaboard/cruising. Small enough to be easily handled. The cutter rig allows to finetune th sail plan. And weather dictates it: furling the big genua, setting the smaller, self-tending staysail and put 2 reefs into the main allows to go through a storm safely and with less effort. There has been much said and written about the Island Packet cruising yachts. Their quality is legendary. Yes they are expensive and they hold their value vary well. But isn't it true we usually get what we pay for.
Docking is almost too easy: The powerfull bowthruster makes every landing a success (and boat and captain the envy of the dock neighbors....)
The galley is big and functional. 3 burner stove with oven, a microwave (for a quick tea or soup; just a minute with shorepower OR enroute using the converter!) double sink a large refrigerated icebox and a lot of storage for pots and pans are ready for a culinary journey.
Odyssey has one head/shower. This means less maintenance/ repairs than with boats with 2 smallish head compartments.
Odyssey's owner is 6'2" tall and has no problem anywhere in the boat especially in the shower. A nice shower curtain setup covers the head and the vanity to keep clean-up after shower at a minimum (and all the toiletries dry). For comfort the shower features a nice seat. And as a water-saving feature the shower is big enough to shower with a friend ;-) ) Who wants 2 mini heads instead?

Accommodations:
Traditional interior layout with the forward cabin featuring a V-berth forward, followed aft to port and starboard with lockers and storage. | The Alberg is renowned for being a sturdy (small) big water boat, at home in the bay or plying the seaways. They are known to have legendary abilities for a thirty footer. This particular Alberg has never been in salt water. She has been well maintained.

| Solid boat, very forgiving. I've sailed in 30kt winds gusting to 40kts. Stbd galley design with sink, 2-burner Kenyon compressed alcohol (needs new seals), mini-frig, large ice box. The saildrive failed and took me 2 years to find a replacement. Replacement saildrive onhand but needs to be installed. I have been using a 15hp Johnson o/b which goes with the boat.

New non-skid was applied during the process for a perfect look. New boot and cove stripes were added plus custom decals. All bright work has been refinished, and the mast and boom were also taken down to bare metal and Awlgripped in classic Cordovan gold paint. All upholstery is in the process of being replaced, and the cabin will show like new upon completion. The Vire water cooled two-stroke inboard is mechanically sound and runs well. The boat is equipped with a brand new main, genoa and asymmetrical spinnaker from Doyle Offshore Sails along with a new Chutescoop dousing sock. All of the running rigging is brand new Sta-Set double braid from New England Ropes. A brand new furling unit was installed along with new dock lines and fenders. The original ports were corroded badly so we replaced them with new ones of the same style. Rope clutches and winches have been upgraded to Lewmar. She is also equipped with all new Sunbrella custom covers for grab rails, winches, mainsail and tiller. This is a turnkey boat that is ready for her next adventure!

Identical forward staterooms port and starboard feature roomy double berths with brand new (3/2010) mattresses, panoramic windows and overhead hatches, storage drawers and big hanging lockers. The first owner was a surgeon who used it 4 to 5 times a season and had it professionally maintained at a marina in Skeaneatles. Over the past 3 years Aikane has been completely restored by a professional Artist/Boatwright to nearly new condition. Freshwater boat, race ready. What we have is a great deal on a great boat. She is a 1998 Corsair F-28R, designed by Ian Farrier. This F-28R is ready to sail and race for the “mom and pop” crew with the budget in mind. Condition is great with freshly polished hulls and black bottom paint. On the flat and easy to negotiate deck you’ll see the carbon fiber rotating mast for performance. The deck organizers and five rope clutches help to channel all lines aft to the cockpit. There are two Harken #40 self tailing/2 speed winches for jib sheet control as well as a Harken #32 self tailing/2 speed for halyard handling. The jib sheets roll smoothly through the Harken adjustable fairleads. Auxiliary power is supplied by a Honda 9.9hp 4 cycle outboard. | This is a 1982 Hunter Sailboat and for its age is considered in fair to good condition. There are a few cosmetic issues but overall the boat is decent, ready to sail and needs no major attention. Beautiful crusing sailboat in excellent condition. perfect for a couple. Big enough to allow enough room and plenty of storage for long term liveaboard/cruising. Small enough to be easily handled. The cutter rig allows to finetune th sail plan. And weather dictates it: furling the big genua, setting the smaller, self-tending staysail and put 2 reefs into the main allows to go through a storm safely and with less effort. There has been much said and written about the Island Packet cruising yachts. Their quality is legendary. Yes they are expensive and they hold their value vary well. But isn't it true we usually get what we pay for.
Docking is almost too easy: The powerfull bowthruster makes every landing a success (and boat and captain the envy of the dock neighbors....)
The galley is big and functional. 3 burner stove with oven, a microwave (for a quick tea or soup; just a minute with shorepower OR enroute using the converter!) double sink a large refrigerated icebox and a lot of storage for pots and pans are ready for a culinary journey.
Odyssey has one head/shower. This means less maintenance/ repairs than with boats with 2 smallish head compartments.
Odyssey's owner is 6'2" tall and has no problem anywhere in the boat especially in the shower. A nice shower curtain setup covers the head and the vanity to keep clean-up after shower at a minimum (and all the toiletries dry). For comfort the shower features a nice seat. And as a water-saving feature the shower is big enough to shower with a friend ;-) ) Who wants 2 mini heads instead?
Odyssey also has aircondition, ducted for the main cabin and both, fore and aft cabin.
Much much more could be described, but it is much better to arrange a showing, to come aboard and to start dreaming about the next trip to the Bahamas, the Caribbean or beyond. An IP 37 circumnavigated recently (partly singlehanded!).

The Arpege was designed by Michael Dufour. It quickly gained a reputation in Half Ton Cup racing. However, it was also a spacious boat, with a very broad beam for its time, With an overall length of 9.25m (30 ft 4 inch), beam of 3.02m (9 ft 11 inch), a draft of 1.35m (4 ft 5 inch) and a displacement of 3,632Kg (8,000lb), it is a substantial craft. Three washboards and a sliding hatch with a garage give access to the accommodation. Two steps take you onto the engine cover and then the sole. At the foot of the companionway, the navigation area is to starboard and the galley to port. The chart table has a large sloping top chart table, with a large tray below. The galley and navigation area can be closed off from the rest of the cabin. The saloon has two settees with storage below and pilot berths outboard. This Pearson 323 is hull #228. Originally owned for 2 years by a family of 4 who sailed down the Atlantic seaboard from island to island in the Carribbean. My uncle purchased the boat when it was dry docked in 1984 and shipped it up to Lake Michigan. I purchased the boat in 1998 and sailed it in Lake Michigan and now in Lake Erie. She is a GREAT cruiser and upwind sailing boat. She can handle rough weather better than most new boats built today. Solid as a rock! 1977/2002 Starrat/Jenks Morgan Classic 45'
64 hp Perkins diesel 4 cyl 4-154,year 1977 2900 hours (2400 hours on original hour meter and 500 hours on the replacement odometer). Engine runs perfect. No smoke. No knocking. Oil and filter changed every 50 hours or twice a year (whichever came first) w/ 20% Durelon and 80% Shell Rotella T. Never laid off w/ used oil. Hand cranked w/ new oil and filter prior to laying off for season. Valve clearances adjusted to 0.015" in July '09. 2 six volt batteries (serial mounted for house). One 12 volt battery for starting (windless and single side band radio have their own batteries).
This is a genuine blue water sailboat. Did not stall in 25' seas in Yucatan Channel. It was originally designed by Charley Morgan for Miami-Nassau races. Built very solid!
