Revised Dec 2008-Sparkman & Stevens designed classic, major refit in 2004 and surveyed in 2008 for 32,000. She is a fantastic sailing vessel and has been lived aboard for some time. |

Revised Dec 1, 2008-Refit includes new rebuilt Yanmar diesel, all new electronics(Icom VHF, Furuno GPS, speed log and depth sounder), new wiring throughout, all new lighting, new princess three burner stove, new opening ports from Newfound Metals and 4 new dead lights. The interior is original but refinished and we added teak and holly floors. All of the wood on deck was replaced with new teak and currently being varnished. New running rigging and the standing rigging is in excellent condition. New trough hulls, replaced the keel bolts and shaft, and new three blade prop as of Sept 2008. Was currently hauled for a bottom job in May 2008 and hauled and inspected Sept 2008 for Tropical storm Hanna. She is in great condition but needs some cosmetic work that is always ongoing.
