This Pearson 35 has no centerboard and appears to have been originally built and commissioned to be a shoal draft boat (3'-9") exclusively.
This boat would make an ideal ICW, Barnegat Bay, or Bahamas traveler with her Shoal Draft and 3 Blade Prop driven by the 30 hp Yanmar.
Much of the boat's interior has been redone, refinished, or refurbished with a new pedestal salon table, for example, and the main salon portlights have been updated to exterior mounted acrylic lenses with bamboo interior trim, and no leaks!!!
Buy this boat before the refurbishing is finished and you can choose the colors of the interior upholstery, etc. and SAVE, SAVE, SAVE on the final asking price (which continues to go up, as I continue to upgrade the boat)

Bill Shaw's Brochure note on the Pearson 35 composed in 1979
I designed the first Pearson 35 in 1967 and she was launched shortly thereafter.
After three owners, interestingly enough she looks as beautiful today as the day we broke champagne on her bow.
During the last few years
I’ve given some serious thought into why the 35 is as popular today as when she was first introduced.
My opinion is that her undying popularity is a function of a unique combination of elements.
And her handling, comfort, spacious interior accommodations and an enormous cockpit appeal just as much to owners today as they first did over a decade ago.
Sincerely, Bill Shaw
