| Description: |
Bajamas is an electric saleboat. This is NOT a hybrid. It runs a SolidNav electric motor with the equivalent of a 28 horsepower engine. I have installed 2 - 48 volt battery banks using the best batteries technology has to offer. Each battery bank holds 215 amp hours and the motor pulls about 10 amps at more than 3 knots. She is setup to CRUISE!
She has a composting head that runs on a 12-volt muffin fan from RadioShack. VERY quiet.
This boat is truly "One of a kind" and will NOT last long. If you were ever interested in being a "Green-Cruiser", THIS IS YOUR BOAT. Serious inquiries only!! |
