| Description: |
One of only 12 built by C&C in the heyday of IOR racing. Light, nimble, high-sailing and super fast, she sails easily to her PHRF 162 rating. It is a fact that Tom Blackaller himself had raced this exact boat and enjoyed the resulting trophies. She's raced to Hawaii and the prior owner had single-handed her for many ocean-racing seasons. She sports a beautiful tapered rig and is easily tweaked with a baby-stay and hydraulic back-stay. Rod rigging, as is standard on most C&C's. Volvo auxilliary was rebuilt last year at a cost of $7,000.
This is a perfect boat for an individual, or better yet, a small group of racers in partnership and would be one of the most affordable ways to be a top contender in the local Bay area racing scene. Call today for an appointment to see her in person! |
