1979 22' MacGregor Sailboat for sale, very reasonable price, needs TLC and people who can sail her.
Adjustable keel sits low in the water when docked/moored and when trailered.
Trailer and lights fully functional w/spare tire. Take this great fun sailboat home today.
Spent two seasons on Lake Calhoun and in great sailing shape and great day sailing for family.
Sail and Jib in perfect condition. Mast and boom in perfect condition with all guide-wires and rope/pulleys in great shape.
All hardware in top shape.
Johnson outboard motor.
Has small cabin can sleep two adults comfortably, with 2 small children if needed.
Keel needs some sanding and re-coating, and bottom hull needs coating. I have both paint and gel coat for both.
Purchasing new sailboat for next season and need to move make room.
