She can easily be sailed single handed with all lines lead aft to the cockpit. Both the 150 roller furling Genoa and the Mail are North Sails in excellent condition. The mail sail is set up with double reefing points and lazy jacks. She sleeps 5 with one double v-berths, two singles and one quarter berth with Refrigeration and Hot and Cold water and enclosed Shower. This boat is in excellent condition with many upgrades. Her 12hp Yanmar Diesel was totally rebuilt in 2010. The electrical system has been updated to include TV, DVD, VHF and stereo system with 4 speakers in the cabin. You will not believe it is a 1978 model.
