Sailed her to the Keys with my kids and decided that it's time for a bigger boat. In fact, we just had a glorious sail not too long ago taking the Mac out to the blue water during a pre-Thanksgiving day sail. She handled great in 3 to 5 foot seas with winds reaching 15 knots and we were able to hit almost 7 knots.
In the picture below we actually sailed this boat out of a channel that was 18 inches deep. There are two sets of sails. The boat has no trailer. |
