"Encore" is a great starter sailboat, or family boat. We are moving out of state this fall & would like to sell. The bottom was professionally sanded down & repainted by Raibow Fiberglass in Seward in July 2010. I had a marine survey done on the boat on 12-26-08 prior to purchasing, and I can forward you the report if you are interested. Not much has changed with the boat, other than repainting the bottom.
Here is some basic information on the boat: Engine-16 HP Yanmar diesel w/ approximately 900 hours, fuel tank=11 gal, water tank=27 gal, holding tank=20 gal, 2 berths (stateroom double & V-Berth double), galley is port-side & has integral icebox for refrigeration, sink, two-burner stove (alcohol), interior headroom=6', blue cloth upholstery in good condition. Boat comes w/ inverter, dinghy w/ 2 HP Honda, all sailing inventory is in good condition. Boat does not have roller furling.
The picture of the boat in the harbor was taken 4/12/12 & the picture out of water was taken 5/21/12. All interior photos are from this summer. Currently the boat is out of the water at the Raibow boat yard. This boat is in good shape and is sea worthy, however the dodger needs to be replaced as it took a beating from this past winter.
