Sails:
I bought a new Dacron main and 150% genoa from Cruising Direct in
2003. They are both in good shape and I would say that the main
has at least another five years of life in it
three to five, depending on how aggressively it is used. The
sacrificial strip was replaced on the genoa in 2011.
I have a North Sails gennaker which is at least ten years old. It
has had extremely little use but does have a six inch tear in the
foot, which I've patched with sail tape.
Lastly, I have a number 3 jib which I bought used. I've used it
less than ten times and it's still in very good shape.
Running rigging:
Genoa sheets and halyard replaced in 2003. Still in good shape.
Main halyard replaced in 2003, should be replaced soon. Spinnaker
halyards are rope, original with many years of life remaining.
Dual, primary self-tailing winches in cockpit for genoa sheets,
dual secondary self-tailing winches in cockpit for spinnaker
sheets.
Self-tailing winch on port cabin top for each of main halyard and
main sheet. Non-self-tailing winches on cabin top, port and
starboard, at the mast base for the spinnaker halyards.
Non-self-tailing winch on the boom for main outhaul.
Standing rigging:
All solid rod rigging, serviced in 2006.
Auxiliary:
Engine is a Yanmar three cylinder, 30 hp diesel with 1,100 hours.
Very good shape, doesn't use oil, no trouble starting. Starter
motor was rebuilt in 2009. MaxProp feathering propellor,
three-blade.
Accommodations:
Private cabin double V-berth forward, double quarter-berth on
port quarter, pilot berth on each side of the main cabin.
Miscellaneous:
Boat has a custom canvas cover.
New bow, port/starboard navigation lamps, new stern navigation
lamp, new masthead anchor lamp, new steaming lamp with foredeck
lamp.
Ground tackle is one galvanized Danforth anchor with 20 feet of
chain and 150 feet of rope. Foredeck-mounted windlass, manual
