Created by Sparkman and Stephens, the original concept of the T-Ten was to create a fun offshore boat with great sailing characteristics and weekend capabilities. What emerged was the first true offshore one design boat. The boat was an immediate success. More than 380 of these boats were delivered and most are still actively sailed and raced across the country.
The New LS10 is the modern fruition of this highly successful design with an updated deck that incorporates a full cabinhouse designed to provide more headroom. A fully enclosed head, convenient galley and optional fold-away table enhance the comfortable space below for entertaining or cruising.
Many custom features make this a one-of-a-kind boat including: Upgraded electronics; color radar; GPS; inverter; custom Edson wheel; great sail inventory; cell phone amplifier and antenna. |

multiple lines, sheets and hardware, winch handles, jack lines Sail La Vie is a fast, easy to sail racer that can be used as a cruiser. Since I purchased Sail La Vie, it has always been stored, rigging removed, at Tower Marine, indoors in a heated facility located in Douglas, Michigan.
For the 2008, 2009, and 2010 seasons, Sail La Vie was entered in 10 to 12 races each year. Two were across the lake races and the balance were club races near Saugatuck/Douglas and Holland, Michigan. During the 2011 season, it was entered in four club races and no across the lake races.
Pettit Vivid bottom paint has been applied each spring for the last four years and the entire boat kept in premium condition.
The many extras, such as Furuno color radar, GPS, Raymarine autopilot, custom wheel steering, Edson housing, Tacktick speed instruments all contribute to make Sail La Vie a competitive racer and safe overall sailboat.
The 2000/4000 inverter, 110v outlets, cell phone amplifier, stove, microwave oven and enclosed marine head all contribute to making Sail La Vie not just a stripped down racer but comfortable for longer races as well as day sails. |
