I did a hell of alot of work to this boat to get it into the condition that its in. It has a ton of custom work that was done to it. It is currently in lake erie. I was planning on sailing it down south last year so many things were replaced/upgraded in preparation for the trip. Then the hurricane hit in new york and so the trip never happened. The engine is a highly maintained volvo penta 18hp 2002 series cylinder diesel. All electrical and plumbing is new. Roller furlur. Custom spreaders to replace the origional wood ones. Includes cape dory removable mast steps(they go all the way to the top, picture below) Like is said lots of other new hardware inside and out. Includes 110 fridgerator. New cutlass/packing/ruddder mount/ect. Interior was sanded and repainted. the boat does need some cosmetic work and a bottom paint job but mechanicly is A1. I was not satisfied with any of the control panel offerings so i custom built this one so the toggle switches will always be available from anywhere if they ever go bad. I have the boat set up to run 4 batteries. Dont be afraid to make me an offer all i can say is no. This is not your average 30 footer these boats have sailed around the world.
