| Description: |
Best looking 30' sailboat in NW ; it takes passion and money to keep a boat like
this in shape.
The pictures below are taken recently and she is in storage, ready for your
inspection.
I purchased my first sailboat on July 1962 and am now retiring from sailing.
This is the hardest decision
I've ever made. The boat and the years of collection of sailing stuff needs to
go.
The hull striped, epoxy coated and AWLGRIP painted ($10K job) so, you don't
have blister problem
lifetime. Bottom painted 2 coats at Seaview yard, deck has nonskid Kiwi magic
nonskid paint. Top to
bottom, almost everything has been constantly upgraded. Since 1998 we did not
sail much and she
was our weekend condo on the water !
Bruce Kirby, who is the World's best selling (laser) sailboat designer, designed
the San Juan 30 class
specially for the Pacific NW Waters. One has even sailed to Norway. She has
beautiful lines and sails
fast. Her weight was only 6850 lbs on sling.
Pictures speak louder than words, please e-mail me for a scheduled viewing.
Unless you've seen the
boat I am not accepting any offer and out of state offers will go straight to
spam. This is a perfect boat for
a family who already has daysailor boating experience. Asking price is AS IS and
everything negotiable.
* SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY* |
