This is NOT a fixer upper. Old bottom and hull paint has been removed. New Seahawk barrier coat with ablative paint added. Awl grip added on the hull. The deck could use new paint but is still presentable. No rips/tears on interior cushions, interior is in great condition, Sails have been re-sown as needed and are not in need of replacement.
