Silhouette is a nice example of the classic Catalina 30.
She's been upgraded with amenities that make her the perfect model for shorthanding and especially single-handing. All lines are led aft to the cockpit and in 2011 her original primary winches were replaced with Lewmar electrics. Also in 2011, the owners added a Lewmar anchor windlass for ease of anchoring. Within the last few seasons, she has been treated to new canvas, all-new running rigging, new Garmin GPS/plotter, vhf radio, new battery, solar panel for battery-charging, new interior carpeting and new galley sinks.
