| Description: |
Stella Luna (Beautiful Moon) is a fine example of Macgregor’s immensely popular, towable cruiser. She’s easy to sail and outperforms most other boats – both under sail and definitely under power! If you’re not familiar with the Macgregor’s unique talents and style, check out the company’s website. They’re in a class of their own, for sure.
Aside from being meticulously maintained, Stella Luna also comes with a brand new (2012), tandem axel, all-aluminum Venture trailer that retails for over $4,000. It’s a huge improvement over the relatively wimpy, single axel factory trailer. The Venture is not only beautiful, but provides a much safer ride for you and the boat, and you don’t have to worry about taking everything out of the Macgregor to avoid overloading the trailer…just drive it out of the water and go! The peace of mind you’ll get from this trailer is priceless.
I bought this boat in Seattle last summer to explore Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands. Unfortunately, I've relocated to the desert and fear I won't use her much...thus the sale.
