At under 30', boat slip costs are MUCH cheaper. Irish Eyes is a dry boat and comes with a 5 hp Honda 4-stroke outboard gasoline motor and a gas tank - she came in under her own power. She is a tiller-steered boat. She arrived for repair to one of her spreaders and it has been professionally done. A brand new Harken roller furling was installed and has never been used. The hull and decks are sound, the "pop-top" works well. The mast folds down so you can pass under lower bridges or trailer the boat without undoing all the rigging. The two winches are Lewmar single speed 7's. She has cushions, a water tank, a port-a-potty, bathroom sink, icebox and an alcohol stove. As well, there is a shore power hookup.
