The layout of the Gulfstar Hirsh evolved from years of boat building. Gulfstar listened to their customers when they designed the Hirsch 45. The forward cabin has a large V-berth with a separate head and shower. There are lockers starboard as well as underneath the berth. The main salon has port and starboard settees. The starboard settee converts to a double and the port settee sleeps one to accommodate a total of seven. Offset to port is the U-shaped galley with a three burner propane stove/oven, microwave, single sink with hot/cold fresh water pump, refrigeration, freezer and plenty of drawers and storage cabinets. On the starboard side is a chart table and a walk-though to the large owner stateroom with ensuite head and large sit-down shower stall. The owner’s stateroom has a storage locker as well as storage cabinets port and starboard. There is also an under berth storage locker. Gulfstar designed this vessel for low maintenance and comfort. Master stateroom highlights: Air-conditioning, queen berth, head and shower, and plenty of storage.
