Great family boat but she can also be sailed by one person with all the rigging in the cockpit. Easily sleeps 4 adults and can accommodate up to 6. She is a solid boat that handles well in all types of water. Perfect for bay sailing and the gulf. New Pass is an easy passage with only a 3'6" draft.
We just purchased this boat last spring and I know the previous owner personally. She is sail-ready "as is". She is due for some minor repairs but most are just cosmetic.The bottom will be due for new anti-fouling paint before next summer. It was painted about two years ago. The bottom was cleaned by a diver in the last three months. VHF works fine as do the lights and bilge. No leaks but in heavy rain the windows do let some moisture in but nothing major. The outboard is not perfect but still runs forever on three gallons of gas.
Sails are in good condition. Bimini top, freshwater storage tank, and a head (toilet). Galley has a sink, ample headroom & storage, and a gas stove. Built in fold-down dining table. |
