Accommodations Lore Lei, a 1980 model, is an outstanding example of the well-built line of Morgan ketches. Her owner chose her with the intention of customizing her to be the ultimate cruising boat for a singlehanded sailor. She has a custom white fiberglass top with full enclosure over the center cockpit which allows for easy sail control, steering and good visibility. The large aft cabin has its own head and full size bathtub. Guest quarters are forward with a second head and lots of storage. A large main salon is amidships providing an adjustable dining table that lowers to make an extra double bunk. U-shaped settee to starboard and a straight settee to port. The galley was remodeled and extended with extra storage and ample refrigeration/freezer space. A teak and holly sole is throughout the vessel and is in excellent condition. Dual 16,000 BTU AC units, fore and aft, keep Lore Lei cool and comfortable. There are also heavy duty 12 volt fans throughout the boat. Vessel Walk Through The large master cabin is aft with full-width berth and separate electric head with full size tub. The vessels passageway has engine room access doors and large chart/desk table. Moving forward the galley is located to starboard. The salon has a dining table which converts to a double berth. Opposite is a large settee that forms a double bunk when the table is folded down. A second head/shower,electric head is forward of the salon and the guest cabin with V-berth is all the way forward.
