Description: Charlie Morgan's Morgan 36T was designed under the IOR rule as a One-Ton racing boat. She has a swept-back fin keel, spade rudder, and a tall mast and is known to be an excellent sailing boat. She was originally fitted with a comfortable and spacious interior which was made much more comfortable and livable by her former owner who lived aboard her and made a number of substantial improvements to the boat.
Current owners are relocating and need to sell. Bring offers.

Equipment: Accommodations:
Sleeps Six. V berth forward, enclosed head with vanity and shower next aft to starboard, hanging locker opposite. Main cabin with settees port and starboard and a fold-out dining table that mounts on the partial bulkhead forward of the galley. L-shaped galley aft to port, nav station opposite. Quarterberths both port and starboard. Teak and holley cabin sole. Bulkheads are painted white and trimmed with teak. Wooden ceilings along inside of hull. Dickinson Alaska diesel cabin heater.

Galley
The L-shaped galley features a counter-top flush-mounted Princess two-burner propane stove, toaster oven, Adler-Barbour 12 volt refrigerated ice box, stainless steel sink, and hot and cold pressurized water system. Brand-new Shurflo Smart Sensor 5.7 water pump. Water heater is powered by 110 volts AC.

Electrical:
12 volt DC system with two Group 27 105 amp/hr marine batteries, Perko battery switch, distribution breaker panel, 110 volt AC dockside system with breaker panel, shower power cord, Guest Model 262DA battery charger/converter. Promariner Prosafe 1 electrical system Monitor.

Electronics:
Standard Horizon VHF transceiver, handheld VHF transceiver, Datamarine knotmeter/log, Datamarine depthsounder, and 6" compass mounted at pedestal.

Engine, Mechanical, and Plumbing:

Westerbeke 4-107 four-cylinder fresh-water-cooled 37 horsepower diesel engine. Raw water pump and heat exchanger rebuilt in 2012. Transmission replaced by Hanson Marine in Marblehead, MA in 2006. Martec two-blade feathering propeller. Raw water strainer.

Marine toilet in head is plumbed to a 13 gallon polyethylene tank which may be pumped overboard or through a deck fitting. Toilet has option to be flushed directly overboard or to holding tank.

Hull and Deck:
Fin keel with spade rudder. White hull, white deck with grey nonskid, blue cove stripe. Hull and deck re-painted in 2011. Bow pulpit and stern rail. Double lifelines. Lifeline stanchions new in 2000. Edson pedestal wheel with hydraulic steering system.

Sails and Rigging:
Dacron mainsail, 130% genoa, 150% genoa, spinnaker with sock. Most sails by Wilson & Silsby of Marblehead, MA. Profurl roller-furling unit for headsail, rebuilt in 2006. Spinnaker pole, whisker pole. Two Lewmar #45 chromed self-tailing primary winches in cockpit (2012), two Lewmar #30 chromed self-tailing deck-mounted winches at base of mast (2012). Lazy jacks for mainsail, jib sheets, and roller-furling control line all new in 2011. Main halyard new in 2012. Sailtec hydraulic backstay adjuster, refurbished in 2006. All standing rigging replaced by North East Rigging in 2006. Mast boot new in 2012.

Additional Inventory:
35 lb. Manson Supreme anchor with 30' 5/16" chain and 200' 5/8" 8 plait nylon rode, 22 lb. Bruce anchor, six PFD's (all new 2012), Lifesling, two fire extinguishers, flare kit, air horn, spot light, automatic electric bilge pump, manual bilge pump, navy blue mainsail cover.
