| Description: |
This is a well-built, solid, shoal-draft keel boat that has been sailed in fresh water for the past 15 years. There are two sails (Main and Genoa); both restitched in 2012.
To enjoy your time in the cockpit, the boat has a Sunbrella Bimini with stainless steel frame along with an Edsen wheel topped by a very nice Richie Compass. A swim platform and ladder allows easy entry into the cockpit.
The cabin comfortably sleeps five and has 6-foot headroom with excellent storage. The head contains a sink and port-a-toilet. The galley is original with a sink, ice-chest and alcohol stove. Throughout is nice teak and mahogany wood.
The boat has the original sail-drive. The power unit is not functioning although the sail-drive is operable. An outboard motor mount has been added to the transom.
I am a true fan of S2's but have to part with this boat due to another S2 that is taking most of my time.
The boat is currently out of the water but my friend's trailer not included. |
