Description: I purchased this boat last year as my "learn to sail a big boat" boat, and am now ready to move up. She is in good shape, any system that needed work was repaired to the best of standards.

She is being sold with two main sails (one in very good condition, one condition unknown), 135% genoa (good condition), 150% genoa (very good condition) and a screacher (very good condition). Standing and running rigging are both in good shape. The main has two reef points and the roller reef system supports both genoa sails- there is also a whisker pole.

This Tartan was purchased because she has sound hull, rigging and engine.

She is 100% ready and is sailed frequently. She is ready to leave now for a week long sail. We usually take one every 3 months!

She is priced below other T-33's on the market, as I have an opportunity to move up and need the cash.

Equipment:

UPDATE!!

All portlight lenses in the saloon have been replaced and the hatches renewed. All hoses for the freshwater system were either inspected or replaced. Also added wireless network to transmit AIS targets to an iPad or other wireless device. AND new Garhauer adjustable Genoa Cars!!!

She has a new (2013) VHF with AIS receiver that is networked to the Garmin 440. To facilitate using the radio a remote mike is mounted by the helm. The masthead antenna was replaced this year. The anchor light was replaced this year and uses LED. Most of the navigation lights and cabin lights are also LED. She has a depth and knot meter.

The galley has a two burner gas stove with an oven, 12 volt frig/ice box, hot, cold and saltwater at the sink. There is dockside Cruise Air air-conditioning, that is priceless!! There is a new impeller (and a spare), new mixing elbow, in 2012 fresh bottom paint, a new (2012) three blade propeller, and all high use bulbs are now LED. The Ray Marine auto pilot provides relief on long passages. The main halyard has been lead aft to the cockpit, she is ready for single-line reefing.

All the worn seat cushions have been recovered and spare fabric is included. She has two house batteries and starter battery with selector switch. The Universal Diesel runs great. New (2013) Racor filter, newer 100 amp Balmar alternator with new (2012) Balmar 614 regulator that allows you to run alternator as 50 amp for day trips, or 100 amps when cruising and living on the hook.

When at the dock, there is a 120 volt battery charger to keep the batteries topped off and ready to go. New (2012) hot water heater that runs off the engine or 120 volts dockside, pressurized water. There is a 700 watt inverter to power tools while away from the dock and to power the microwave oven. She will convey with spare Racor filter and cap, spare secondary fuel filter, spare oil filter, spare lift pump, spare belts, two spare 2-blade props-- let's say spares for almost anything that might break!

Since I firmly believe in safety, she will convey with three fire extinguishers, jackline (2012), two mustang inflatable PFDs (2012), two 2-lead tethers (2012), as well as flares(2012) and radar reflector.
