1981 ISLANDER BAHAMAS Length 30 ft, Beam 10 ft, Draft 5 ft, Weight 8500 lbs, Ballast 3130 lbs lead, designer Robert Finch, Fin Keel, Sloop rigged Accommodations and Layout: Traditional layout with V-berth forward with two storage lockers, head just aft of that with manually operating head, vanity, sink with hand held shower attachment. The main salon seats 6 on port and starboard settees with folding table mounted on the main bulkhead. Portside galley is equipped with sink, built in cooler accessible from the galley and the cockpit, two burner alcohol stove with oven, pressurized fresh water system with 30 gal tank and AC water heater, fold down chopping/prep surface, and storage cabinet. Starboardside chart table with electrical console mounted atop a cabinet and quarter berth/ storage area is aft of that. Sails and rigging: Aluminum deck stepped mast and boom, wire standing rigging, Profurl roller furling system, 2 mast mounted standard winches, 2 coach house mounted standard winches with double rope clutches, 2 cockpit self tailing winches. 150% genoa and horizontal battened mainsail both new in spring '05, 2 additional mainsails and 1 additional 155% genoa all in usable condition.
