this boat is in excellent condition. it is high sought after as a weekender or small coastal cruiser. it has served me for 2 years but it is time to upgrade. she comes with a EZ load trailer in good shape also a 9.9hp johnson motor. she handles sweet and easy and is dream to sail singlehanded. she has a ballast of 400lbs and a full keel making her sea worthy. new bottom paint in 2009 when i first got her. i have always stored her under tarp in winter with all her guts in my dry basement to keep her cracking in the cold. i've gone well over the boat and have installed 5gal stainless sink, new fuse panel with running lights, and all new seat covers in 2010. new VHF, all new mahogany ply and supports. i've also had her insured the whole time and in the 2 years i've had her it cost me $300 she's a sweet little boat, can sleep 4. brand new stainless steel rudder brackets with mahogany rudder and tiller, all custom covers with engine, boom and tiller. new heavy duty motor bracket! brand new solar cell battery charger with controller, brand new marine deep cycle battery. all windows have been professionally re-set. the boat has but a few small nicks and scrapes but blows any competition out of the water. you just wont find a 20ft sail boat updated for this price...
