| Description: |
(REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE) Katie Breen is a diamond in the rough. She sails very smooth, but needs a little tender loving care. I lived-aboard Katie Breen for over 6 months and there is plenty of room for a single person or a couple to live-aboard. My son and I sailed her down to Mobjack Bay in May 2011. We had a blast. We got caught in a storm with 4 - 5 foot waves on Chesapeake Bay and the boat performed extremely well. Since then we have only taken short trips with the boat out on the bay.
The boat is currently in dry dock for maintenance at Mobjack Bay Boatyard. She needs a new bottom coat. |
