Description: The FANTASIA 35 is a 4-compartment cruising sloop with the main diesel engine completely accessible from three sides under a center cockpit. A large standing-headroom passage to starboard incorporates a well-arranged head and shower. On the opposite side a workshop is set up with a workbench and shelving. The accommodations provide two permanent, double, private sleeping quarters in forward and aft cabins. The L- shaped dinette seats four comfortably. The galley is well equipped with a new 2-burner stove and oven, dish racks, silverware drawer, A navigation station is fitted a with full-size chart table with stowage beneath, chart rack, shelves for books and radios. A full- suspension file drawer is fitted on Reunion directly across from the chart desk. The owner's stateroom aft has exceptional roominess and the adjoining head with its double-door privacy provides a suite that enhances liveaboard comfort and luxury. A full-length, double hanging locker, a bureau with large drawers, plus shelves and cabinets and, on Reunion, a spacious soiled clothes locker give exceptional stowage. The forward cabin with its V berth-arrangement has 8 deep drawers, four deep lockers with doors, a large hanging locker, and cabinets and shelves. Construction of the Fantasia 35 is in excess of Lloyds recommendations with ½ hand-laid solid glass laminate increasing to 7/8 at the turn of the bilge. Her cabin and deck is a one-piece molded sandwich of approximately 1 thickness. All interior beams, cleats, and clamps are mahogany. Fuel tanks are 1/8 black iron and water tanks are stainless. All tanks are fully baffled and have clean-out plates accessible through sole hatches. Reunion has been further modified with the addition of a strong hard dodger (read: dry boat), windlass, extensive ground tackle, four solar panels, heating, refrigeration, 2 Chartplotters, Stainless Steel self-draining ports, aluminum spars, Inverter/charger, 8 batteries, new top end to the 30hp Yanmar diesel engine, and many other significant improvements
