| Description: |
I am not excited about this but I am selling my Alberg 22 Sailboat. It is in great condition with basically brand new sails (tanbark color). I have a cradle that will go with it. It has a 6hp Johnson Motor mounted on a bracket on the stern. If I was going to keep the boat I was going to place it back in the lazerette because the bracket mount with the stern rail made operating the motor a little annoying.
This is a great boat and can handle pretty rough conditions with its full keel design. All the Lines are ran to the cockpit for single handling.
What I planned on doing to the boat:
New paint job, topsides and bottom paint.
Refinish the teak
Tune up the motor..This all that needs to be done.
The boat is structurally sound (no soft spots)
The rigging is 4-5 years hold with all the shrouds tested at the marina 4 years ago.
All the wiring is in working order. Comes with VHF radio and depth finder (never used)
The cushions are used but no tears.
I am very fond of this boat, but I bought my wife a Tanzer 22 ( wider- more cabin space) and she has determined that the Alberg has to go, so please help me out and take this beautiful boat off my hands. No reasonable offer refused! |
