The “wardrobe” of Ortus consists of:
· One Mainsail
· One sail for Mizzen
· One Genoa on furling
· One staysail with boom
· One jib (nr 1)
· One storm jib
· One symmetrical spinnaker
· Sail covers for mainsail, mizzen and staysail
The sails are very well maintained and in excellent shape for a sailboat of her age.The power source on board operates on the 12 V circuit with a possible 220V circuit. The
installations includes mainly:
· An alternator of 70 A / H coupled by belt for the engine starter batteries
· An addition alternator LEECE NEVILLE of 105 A/H drawn on the PTO of the engine
for the charge of service batteries
· One sun panel of 220 W, put in place in 2010
· A set of 6 batteries of 2V each for the service on board
· One battery charger for the charge at the pontoon 220V 250 A – new 2010
· One generator Honda Ex 350 which can deliver 220V/50Hz 300 VA et 12V- 6A
· To be noted: one alternator for the drive shaft is ready to be installed as well there is
one spare alternator on the boat |

· One double cabin at starboard side in the after part of the boat
· Toilette cabin in the passageway between the forward cabin and the saloon, bronze
basin with fresh water foot pump. A chemical toilette is on board (new, never used) for
utilisation in US waters |
