General: • The '81 "Cherubini" Hunter 25 is a desirable model due to the 8 opening portlights and interior. The fin keel has a good ballast ratio and along with the spade rudder, this is a well-balanced and very good performing boat. All of the work is complete! Just get on, and sail with confidence: • Professional bottom-job completed June 05. Taken down to fiberglass, then four coats of epoxy, followed by three coats of Vinylester and two coats of Trinidad anti-fouling. Consider this the 20 year bottom job!
