Complete and ready to sail with 9.9 Mercury "Big-Foot" outboard engine that has less than 100 hours total time. Outboard has throttle conveniently located on stern for easy access.
All sails, running and standing rigging less than 6 years old. Mast was renovated and re-painted with mast-top running lights and antenae added. Roller furling genoa, 1 reef mainsail, adjustable back-stay, traveler, topping lift, outhaul etc... with all lines running to cockpit for easy single-hand sailing. 20 gallon water tank, brand new unused Porta-Potti, VHF radio, knotmeter, sink, fold-down table, closet and plenty of storage area. Dual batteries, with complete new electrical system done at same time as the rigging, masts and sails were done. Danforth anchor with chain and rode, radar reflector, sea-anchor and all required safety items (flares, safety jackets, etc...) included.
