| Description: |
Perry designed heavy displacement, full keel, cutter rig, built to highest standards. Great cruiser or live aboard, 36' on deck, 43' LOA. Owners stateroom with a vee-berth, with an innerspring platform queenberth followed by head and shower aft to port and hanging locker to starboard. Main salon with a U-shaped dinette which can be converted into a double berth. On the starboard side is a settee/single berth. Aft of the salon is the gally with Adler Barbour 12V refrigator/freezer and propane stove. Double stainless steel sinks. Across from the galley is the navigational station followed by a quarterberth. Interior all old forest teak (no veneer) in excellent condition with ample cabinetry and storage. Hot water in galley and head. Ships clock and separate barometer.

Rebuilt Perkin's 4-108 diesel with 100 gallons fuel and 140 gallons water. Complete new electrical system and battery bank with battery monitor. Practically new sails, with 110% Genoa head sail on roller furling! Mechanically in excellent condition. Maintained on a monthly basis by professionals.
