The Taos 34 was specially developed by Van der Stadt from the highly successful
Legend 34 to fit the dual role of being an exciting boat to race and at the same time a
safe comfortable family cruiser that can be handled by one or two crew. Two moulds were built from the same plugs, the Legend 34 built by Tylers of Tonbridge in the UK and the Taos 34 byTaos Yachts in Sri Lanka. Taos had the advantage of ready availability of high quality rare hardwoods and traditional skilled craftsmen to complete the interiors. It is one of a kind craftmanship that is no longer available. “Herring Choker” has been thoughtfully upgraded and well maintained, ready for this season of sailing.
