I am selling a C&C 25 MK1 Sailboat. The boat is in great shape, and has been well maintained. This is a perfect cruiser / overnighter / club racer and an excellent boat for the Great South Bay.
It sleeps 4, has a fresh water tank, and a marine head. There are a few minor cosmetic spots on deck that should not be difficult to fix up if preferred.
In the last few years I have made a number of upgrades.
