Formerly owned by P. James Roosevelt, Cousin of President Theodore Roosevelt and the overall winner of the 2010 Herroshoff Regatta!!!!
Own a piece of history. This
historic doubled ended one of a kind canoe yawl is offered for sale in Oyster Bay, New York. Designed by Lewis Francis Herreshoff - known for his classic heirloom quality designs.
Tiller steering for keel hung rudder. Cockpit seating for four adults with fiberglass storage compartments. Sealed cockpit floor plan is installed w covered teak crating for drainage. Built-in Plastimo (Made in France) compass on cockpit floor for easy viewing. Bronze and stainless steel hardware. Interior has two bunks.
Both masts are of a box design and opened to expose the internal area (Extruded aluminum masts).
