**PRICE JUST REDUCED** FROM $6500 TO $6000 3/9/2013 "TYPICAL SITUATION" is a 1987 "new style" hull with a swing keel and factory trailer. It has been meticulously maintained during the 5 years that I've owned it. I have personally gone through the boat and replaced or redone most of its equipment as well as installed a pumpout marine head with 9gal holding tank. I have applied at least 2 coats of wax to the hull every year since I've owned it. There are no major defects with this boat. However, there are some minor issues that you would expect with a boat of this year. There are some tears/patches in some of the interior cushions that I have tried to include in the pictures. The rudder will need some attention in the not too distant future. It has started cracking down its aft edge. I have made repairs to it in the past and have had no issues with it, but it will need to be repaired again in the future. Other than that, the boat is in great condition. We have used it nearly every weekend during the summer over the last 5 years and truly love this boat. We have purchased a larger boat that we will put on the water next spring or we wouldn't be selling this one now. The boat is currently on its trailer ready for travel at my house and is available for viewing upon request.

(10)-factory pop top-CDI roller furling 150 genoa with sunbrella sleeve-original mainsail #14158 is a little dirty but otherwise in fine shape-original jib (I've never unfolded it)-sunbrella mainsail cover-sunbrella jib cover-sunbrella bimini cover-snap on camper top-bimini (11)-boarding ladder-cockpit cushions-sink w/ 5gal water tank-6hp evinrude sailmaster outboard. was going to replace it with a 4stroke but its the most reliable outboard i've ever owned.-newer tiller-new deck organizer sheaves (11)-new mast wiring (11)-new mast wiring deck connector(11)-jabsco PUMP OUT MARINE HEAD with 9gal holding tank (10)-new jib halyard (11)-new main halyard (11)-new furling line (11)-new traveler car (11)-new mast gaiter (11)-larger 6gal gas tank and new lines (10)-1 group 31 deep cycle marine battery (09)-new battery mounting shelf with new larger battery box to accommodate larger than factory battery with room for an additional battery (09)-vhf radio w/ masthead antenna (10)-fire extinguisher (09)-12v outlet (09)-boarding ladder steps (11)-motor mount (11)-remove/rebed mast step (11)-bottom paint 3 coats ablative (10) 2 coats each year since-took boat off of trailer, dropped the keel, checked for any damage or need of repairs to keel, cable, pivot pin, winch, etc. . Used a grinder on keel to remove all signs of rust and expose bare metal. Then, I painted it with a rust inhibitor primer before I applied the same ablative bottom paint that the rest of the hull received. (10)- 2 dock lines-2 fenders-factory 48quart cooler with teak step made to be used as companionway step.(not shown in pictures) Also included but not installed is an electric pump/faucet to replace the factory hand pump type. I also have new plastic trim pieces to replace the breaking teak ones that go around the edges of the coaming pockets. I also have a Garmin Chartplotter/fishfinder combo with Ram mount that is like new with the box and all papers/manuals for an additional $300 Note: some pictures may show equipment or personal items that are not included in this sale.
