Description:

This is a Kells 23 swing keel (not a pop-top)family day sailer/cruiser in fair to good condition. This a a heavier boat good for a first time family or the solo sailer. The boat is very clean, has four bunks, a pop-up table, and porta-potty. She has been in the water this past season including several overnighters.

Equipment:

Comes with 5 sails in fair condition. The main works but is stretched and could use replacement. Includes several jib sails, genoa, and spinnaker. Equipment includes anchor, lines, life jackets, new custom built tiller, Magma Grill, cushions, and other misc. New wiring throughout, new lights, new battery, along with a number of other rebuilt components in 2011. Includes a Yamaha 9.9 4-stroke (1987) in very good condition. Rebuilt carb and overhauled in 2012. Includes what I assume is the original trailer modified with a second axle. All tires were replaced with new electrical and lights in 2011.
