Bought from Millenium Sales in Ft. Lauderdale in 2005 it has been kept either on a cradle lift or on trailer. I am the original owner, no pets, non smoking. Galley never used so it smells fresh. Includes all standard factory equipment such as rotating mast, dagger board, wheel steering, running and interior lights 12 volts, normal rigging, lines and halyards, standard main sail. Extras added include blue hull, removable center table, sunbrella cover for roller furling 150% Genoa jib with sunbrellla and main sail, boom vang, interior and exterior cockpit cushions, carpets, a cockpit bimini, Garmin depth sounder, surge brakes on factory built trailer, bottom paint on hull. Controls of engines and steering is from cockpit pedestal. Other items include propane grill, hatch mosquito nets, galley alcohol stove, docking lines, life jackets, fire extinguisher, porta-potty and two 12 gallon fuel tanks, swim ladder, interior carpets, deck lines and fenders. All the equipment and sails are in great condition. This is a fast sailboat as well as a motor cruiser, This boat has a top of the line Suzuki 50 HP (less than 70 hours) outboard meeting highest emission standards, accommodations for six, enclosed bathroom, galley and sink. It has a single battery and space for two. Boat is easy to launch and retrieve. A water ballast system and full hull form allows it navigate in shallow waters and be towed with an SUV. Equipped with an upgraded mast raising system, one person cn raise the mast single handedly. I have taken good care of this boat.
It comes on a just bought (2012) all aluminum Continental tandem axle trailer equipped with surge brakes on all wheels. |
