Description: Gray Ghost is quite simply the perfect sailboat for families and cruising couples looking for shallow draft capability, exceptional performance, quality construction, and beauty. She has all the right ingredients for fun and safety on the water. Gray Ghost is a finely detailed and well maintained example of the very popular Gerry Douglas/Catalina Yachts designed C320. The comfortable cockpit observation seats incorporated into the stern rail are a thoughtful and very useful design element that is just one part of an overall attention to detail found in Catalinas. Step aboard and you will feel the stability of this model. That comes from her beam and solid lead keel ... features providing comfort while sailing and at anchor. Berths for seven are provided in the V-berth (2), port settee (1), starboard settee (2), and beautiful queen-sized aft cabin (2). The main cabin is finished with blue cushions and satin varnished teak joinery. Down the companionway, the chart table is located conveniently to port just forward of the proper seagoing galley. Forward on the starboard side of the main salon is an adjustable height dinette table that converts to a snug double berth. The head with molded sink, vanity and shower is located aft of the starboard settee, and a cedar-lined hanging locker is positioned on the starboard side of the companionway. Ample ventilation is supplied by 5 screened opening ports and 3 overhead hatches.

Equipment: Gray Ghost has both 110V AC and 12V DC services. The 110-volt AC shore power provides dockside service for hot water, multiple outlets in the galley, head and each cabin. Both the 110V and 12V service panels are equipped with breaker switches above the nav station. An electric Maxwell windlass with separate breaker is a welcome component for cruising. Electronics An Autohelm speed and depth meter are located at the helm along with a Garmin GPS Map 162. Down below there is a West Marine 500DSC VHF Radio with a Uniden wireless remote mic. A built-in Pioneer DEH-2700 Stereo with two speakers is in the main cabin. Sails and Rigging The optional 150% genoa is mounted on a roller furling unit. The mainsail has the Dutchman System for easy handling and all lines and sail controls are led aft and handled from the cockpit with rope clutches and cabintop winches. Large self-tailing primary winches, cabintop traveler, double-ended main sheet, and boom vang make sail adjustments easy. A boom preventer is also provided. Mechanical The smooth running, professionally maintained Yanmar 3GM30(FWC) 3-cylinder diesel with approx. 1,491 hours will get you safely to your next port. A 3-blade cruising prop improves performance under power. Maintenance schedule is provided. Safety Equipment and Accessories Gray Ghost is a very capable and accommodating sailboat. Her “miscellaneous” list includes the required Coast Guard safety equipment, a properly sized Danforth anchor and rode, SS swim ladder on the walk through transom with swim platform, a new bimini, custom cockpit seat cushion, Todd cushioned helm seat, padded stern rail seats, custom teak cockpit table, propane grill, and spare parts including engine belt, filters, and all the original owners manuals.
