above the vannity and behind a self-contained electric toilet. Head door can be used to close off
the cabin area, providing for privacy fore and aft. Hanging locker and three-self storage lockers
across from the head, large settees on both port and starboard and a navigation table, w fold-down
seat, located under electrical panel on port side and a 6 feet plus quarter berth when the navigation
table is stored. Large double pedestal drop leaf dining table. Lexan main hatch provides abundant
light. Teak and holly sole in great condition accents sthe rich all-teak interior of the cabin and galley.
L-shaped galley inclusive of ss sink w pressurized water, large double-level ice box w drain, and two
burner Origo alcohol stove. Roomy storage areas behind and below the stove and under the sink. All cabinetry
in excellent condition. Magna SS gas barbeque and stove.
Inclusive of new Yanmar 20 hp diesel engine which is mounted below the companionway. Teak plywood
engine box offers outstanding sound deadening and exceptional access to the engine. Fuel tank is mounted
aft of the engine.
T-shaped cockpit is spacious and seats six to eight, even w drop-leaf cockpit table in place. Very large
lazarette on the starboard and two lazarette compartments under the helm seats. SS stern boarding/swim
ladder mounted on the transom. Sidedecks and foredeck are wide. In addition to lifelines, there are wooden
handrails the length of the deck for safety.
