Description: Selling my lovely, fast and fun San Juan 7.7 sailboat. I have moved to a larger cruiser. Anyone familiar with these boats knows how fast and fun they are. There is a sail adjustment for about everything you could need to adjust to get the sail shape needed for best performance.

Equipment: Here is a list of items replaced, repaired, or upgraded:

New Doyle main sail, Dacron, top 2 batons full, one reef, stripes, logo and numbers 2010
New Ullman 155% genoa, Dacron, numbers 2012
Blade sail (105%), good shape, Dacron
Rigged for spinnaker (no spinnaker included)
New Ritchie compass, bulkhead mounted 2010
Rebuilt SR Mariner depth meter (original) with new transducer 2009
Rebuilt SR Mariner knot meter with odometer (original) with new transducer 2009
New transducer through hulls
New (14gal?) Vetus waste bladder and plumbing for head 2009
Rebuilt the rudder tube, smooth motion with no slop! 2009
New Raymarine ST 1000 tiller pilot wired for computer chart plotter 2010
New tiller handle 2009
New tinted forward hatch 2009
New backstay adjusting cable and line 2012
New backstay adjuster sheaves 2012
New sheaves (5 in total) in base and head of mast 2012
New mast head crane extension to accommodate main sail head board 2012
New Windex 2012 and antenna moved to mast head 2012
New VHF radio coax from mast head to radio 2012
New electrical wiring from power panel to mast/deck combo light 2012
New cable clam thru deck fitting 2012 (There are cable/power connectors but cable/wires are complete, uncut runs. Why breach them until you need to right?)
New AM/FM/CD iPod ready stereo 2010
New teak around the companionway exterior 2009
New traveler bearings 2010
New main sail foot adjuster cable and line in boom 2011
New 6 gal fuel tank and line, upgraded from 3 gal 2011
New horseshoe buoy holder mounts 2011
Added better boom vang ring at base of mast 2012
Added a second power panel (new) with power meter and 12v socket 2011
New 12v red/white florescent light above sink 2011
New forward bulkhead between anchor locker and V birth, Okume ply (interior) and fiberglass (anchor locker)
New bulkhead across from head
New life lines 2013
Reinforced Boom Vang and Traveller eyes on boom 2013
Rebuilt outhaul sheave and reinforced end of boom track 2013
New gooseneck on boom 2013
New red accent stripe on upper hull 2013

In works: New Okume ply bulkhead between main cabin and head, it has been cut and fit, just needs some drilling, sanding and finish work. Old bulkhead can still be used if wanted; it was just a bit unsightly at its base.

This boat has been vastly improved over the years I have owned her, sails are only 2 and 4 years old, all systems work. I also have the Raymarine ST1000 autohelm wired for a computer chart plotter! Each year the bottom has had any flaws repaired. The new bulkhead at the fore peak/anchor locker is new and glassed in and is water tight! The head sail uses the Tuff Luff system. She is powered by a Honda 7.5 HP 4 stroke long shaft outboard which runs perfectly.

The floor was my next project after the main bulk head. The last owner repaired the manufacturing flaw at the hull and keel joint, so no need to worry about that problem as he did an excellent job! Currently there is a plywood floor which does need replacing.

The boat is currently on the hard on her steel cradle at a marina in Buffalo. She was sailed all of last year as well as every year I have had her.

Motivated seller, feel free to make a reasonable offer!
