A solid reliable boat that handles very easy. The boat was built in 1984 in Ontario and is rare to see one on the market. She has no surface cracks, has a fixed keel and a spacious teak interior with a 6' cabin height.
SAILS: Ulmer Mainsail with three reefs, 150% Genoa, 100% Blade, Storm, Spinnaker
All Sails range from Good to Excellent condition.
9.9 horse power Yamaha outboard engine with less than 200 hours on the motor.
3 x 10G gas tanks engine fitted (1 tank last about 6 hour full throttle) She has an autohelm 800, 2008 depth sounder installed, and 2010 new West Marine VHF & Antenna installed

Hanging locker, Lots of storage, sleeps 4 comfortably. Has a recessed 2 burner alcohol stove, propane bbq, fully insulated ice chest, pull out double berth, toilet, and s.s sink.
Bottom fully scrapped and painted early 2011, and re scrapped and put in freshwater in 2013
She is currently moored at Cowichan lake Marina
