The hallberg Rassy Rasmus is true classic plastic. She has absolutely beautifull lines, Infact due to the reputation of this boat I am going to direct you to the Hallberg rassey website for the description, they have the original brocure posted and somehow this boat is in essence as good as the day she was built. The engine was rebuilt last year by me , the owner, a qualified engine rebuilder, she starts like a new car! The engine is an excellent replacement to the original Volvo Motor, A Perkins M60. The boat herself is well travelled with some charachteristic wear and well charachter. Everything works, she is a ready to go cruiser or perfect liveaboard. i will tailor the sale for your needs as i can leave liveaboard items with her or remove them for the weekender. The best thing about owning a Hallberg rassey is that you can pull into any port, anywhere with kids and bicycles everywhere and people still look at the boat knowing that somebody just arrived on a classic, Sail past brand new hunters and catalinas on this boat smoking your pipe! as they did in sweden circa 1976. Its an experience to be grasped.
