This 1980 Nauticat pilothouse sailboat has been our liveaboard home for years. We've done some refurbishing and have her priced to sell, below market value.
As with all traditional Nauticats, enter from midship port and starboard, into the pilot house. Move aft and down two steps to the master stateroom with a computer desk area, hanging locker, ample storage. The computer desk has been added in the space that was originally the 2nd head.
From the pilot house, move forward and down two steps to the galley, further forward port is the head/shower, starboard is a hanging locker. Further forward is the V-Berth cabin, which contains bunk beds, and ample storage.
The galley has new countertop, table, and booth like seating which converts to a double berth.
The pilothouse has a new table, new icebox, and new laminate navigation area.
The boat has new flooring throughout. |
