A Rare Find! This is one of the few Ted Brewers designed yachts on the market. It was made in Taiwan by the Mao-Ta Yard. This boat sells in yacht condition for over 100K! It has a brand new Perkins Prima 60Hp motor and a new Norcold/Kubota 3.5Kw Generator, 2 stainless steel customized and installed water tanks (aprox.200 gal) and 2 new installed aluminum fuel tanks (140gal) and new stainless steel bow pulpit and stanchions. The wood has been partially restored and new Formica has been installed in the fwd and living areas and around new ABY stainless steel port hatches in the entire boat. The gel coat was painted new and it is in great condition. It needs wood work and some gel coat work in the cockpit as well as new wiring, bonding and plumbing, etc. No mast or rigging.
