My Name is Ralf Uicker. As the first owner of Philoxenia, I am now offering this beautiful, luxurious yacht for sale. The boat supported my photographic excursions in the Mediterranean Sea. But since I also started with film productions, I need a more spacious vessel. This Dufour 36 was built in 2003 and is filled with enough equipment to live aboard: You only need to fill the refrigerator and the water tank and you can go for any goal, up to a world-circumnavigation. Should you be interested in this fabulous, very stable cruiser, but are yet a beginner, I would be pleased to teach you how to sail this storm proven boat single-handedly in safe control of all operations on board. Although the boat is one of the fastest in her class, I always preferred sailing her at ease and safely. Most of my relaxed sailing tours were steered by me and the autopilot, thus allowing me to work in my profession as a photographer on appropriate occasions. The media exposed on this website may give you an impression of how cruising with that boat can be. Also, a book about my travel with Philoxenia to Venice and my eight-week stay there is intended to be published worldwide in the upcoming year. By the way, Venice may be more cost-efficient than you think: I can recommend in all respects Santa Elena Yacht Club which was then only € 25.00 per night. Philoxenia is berthed in the ACI-Club Marina in Vrboska on the Croatian island Hvar. For three years I had searched Europe for the most beautiful place to do landscape photography, until I achieved my objective there. The new owner of Philoxenia may choose to rent her current berth for an annual rate of € 3400 Philoxenia was an investment of mine of € 185,000. All taxes and local fees are paid.
