1979 Lancer 25 w/ trailer and 7.5 hp outboard motor. This is a 25 ft sailboat complete and ready to sail. Fixed keel 3ft draft. Sails are original but serviceable and include a mainsail, jib and genoa. All new running rigging and the mast's backstay was also recently replaced. New deep cycle battery, CD, MP3 player and speakers. Motor is a 7.5hp Mercury pull start that starts easily and runs well. Trailer has new wheels, tires, lights and brakes. Cabin sleeps four and includes port-a-potty, swim ladder, sink and cooler. The potable water holding tank has been removed. If you intend to put this boat in a slip and store it in the water then it will need new bottom paint, if you are going to trailer it, you'll be fine.
This is not the newest or best boat on the water and it has some cosmetic flaws, its 33 years old, but if you want to relax and have fun in an affordable, ready to sail, trailerable yacht then this boat might be for you!! |
