And its really close-by, conveniently located on the closest part of the Chesapeake to DC in Deale, MD. Just a few minutes outside the Beltway on Route 4. Docked at Herrington Harbor North. Boat is out of the water off-season and will have its annual detailing in the early Spring, as soon as the weather warms. I am selling my 1/3 interest in the 3-person partnership that owns this boat. This is a great way to get back into sailing or for someone who just doesn't have the time or the resources for a full-time boat. Hunter 30s, as they're known, is a great boat for sailing on the Chesapeake, for day-sailing or overnighting --- sleeps 4 comfortably, 6 max. Deep-keeled boat so VERY sturdy and just about impossible to tip. Very well maintained and great partnership. Use of the boat is rotated on a schedule equally so that we each have it for a full 7 days every three weeks, plus it is usually available on any weekdays to whichever of us can get away.
