Those are the specs from sailquest, this is a solid boat which has been maintained at a marina for its entire life, it is a very BIG small boat, very STABLE, the boat is ready to sail. It comes with a trailer also in good shape, Main sail, Jib, and a Spinnaker (NEVER USED) The interior is immaculate for the age, cushions are in great shape. an older 4.5hp outboard (currently being serviced, but has ran good last 20 years), a dinghy (needs work), 8ft ladder (4 ft keel, sits high on trailer), sheets & dock lines, rigging, bumpers, dock fenders, life jackets, 3 winch handles, a marine battery, boat cleaning products & tools, oil, sailing books, and bunch of other accessories will be included in sale. The boat could sleep 4 pretty comfortably, has a table, sink, ice box, fresh water system, wine shelf, front hatch, port windows, carpet for interior, and room for a port-a-poddy. Has a burr or two on the main halyard, nothing a little sail tape and some needle nose pliers cant fix and needs a new marine grade stainless bolt for the mast boot ($10). According to the research and comparable boats, this is a great price and i'm willing to negotiate with a serious cash buyer but I DO NOT have to sell and I won't take a lowball offer. I even have new vinyl decals for the boat's make/manufacture printed and ready to go.
